GUBI Core is already installed for everyone. Add your department's plugin.
The first time a skill needs GUBI data, Claude asks you to connect.
Sign in with your GUBI Microsoft account: first a GUBI consent page, then Microsoft.
Refused? You are not in that connector's group yet. Ask for access.
Two plugins ship to ChatGPT: GUBI Core with Meeting notes to actions, and GUBI Sales with Product presentation. Install them from Plugins in ChatGPT.
Skills that use connectors run in the ChatGPT desktop app. Meeting notes to actions uses none, so it also works on the web and on your phone.
